With a degree in psychology her ability to understand people, the dynamics between them and how to activate what motivates them sets her apart in the talent programs space. In her past experiences she has helped organizations harness their unique diversity and create success for staff and leaders. Her work has helped organizations drastically lower turnover rates, increase diversity and staff engagement.
