With over 20 years of experience across industries, Brittany has seen firsthand how traditional HR approaches often miss the human side of work, leading to disengagement, misalignment, and missed potential.
Through Tree-HR, she helps organizations reimagine how they hire, lead, and develop their people by integrating Relationship Intelligence (RQ) into everyday systems and conversations.
